Graphic Designer

The Nova Labs is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to join our innovative team. This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to exciting projects in the Information Technology industry. Located in Fairfax, we pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of creativity and technology.
As a Graphic Designer at The Nova Labs, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually engaging designs that communicate our brand's message effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that enhance user experience and drive engagement. This position is ideal for an entry-level designer looking to grow their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $102,500 - $156,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design promotional materials
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards
- Assist in the design of user interfaces and web layouts
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Ensure all graphics are optimized for various platforms and devices
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work
- Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends
- A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
