We're looking for Senior Recruiters who are passionate about connecting cleared talent with impactful opportunities across the Federal, Defense, and Intelligence communities. **Your Role:** As a Senior Recruiter at Stillwater, you'll take charge of the full recruitment lifecycle, building and maintaining pipelines of cleared talent and meeting the accelerated hiring needs of our clients. **This is a 6-month assignment that could transition to a permanent role.** Your day-to-day responsibilities include: + **Full-Cycle Recruiting:** Perform all stages of the recruitment process, including but not limited to, identifying, screening and submitting candidates for cleared and non-cleared technical and professional roles. + **Performance Excellence:** Consistently achieve KPIs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. + **Innovative Sourcing:** Utilize advanced search techniques, Boolean and semantic logic, and marketing strategies to attract and engage top-tier tech talent. + **Strategic Talent Marketing:** Craft compelling campaigns to communicate employee value propositions, benefits, and compensation offerings. + **Candidate Screening:** Conduct thorough evaluations, summarizing skills and qualifications in concise, impactful narratives. + **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, hiring managers, and internal teams. + **Salary Negotiations:** Coordinate interviews and independently manage salary discussions to achieve win-win outcomes. **What We're Looking For:** We're seeking experienced recruiters with a passion for excellence and the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment. **Required Qualifications:** + **Experience:** Five (5) or more years of proven recruiting success in the cleared intelligence space within Government Contracting. + **Clearance Knowledge:** Familiarity with security clearances from Secret to TS/SCI Poly. + **Tools Mastery:** Expertise in Boolean searches, ATS/CRM platforms, and innovative sourcing tools. + **Communication:** Exceptional client-facing skills, with a knack for building trust and managing expectations. + **Results-Oriented:** A proven ability to deliver in high-pressure, high-volume recruitment environments. + **Collaboration:** A team player who can partner effectively with clients and colleagues. + **Mentorship:** A self-starter who can coach and guide junior recruiters when needed. + **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. **Preferred Competencies:** + **Accountability:** Driven by results and strive to achieve the highest standards. + **Adaptability:** Excel in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing competing priorities while remaining receptive to feedback and continuous improvement. + **Resilience:** Maintains focus and determination with a growth mindset in challenging recruitment landscapes. + **Relationship Building:** Build trust and foster meaningful connections with clients, candidates, and team members. + **Influencing Skills:** Confidently guide stakeholders and candidates toward positive outcomes. + **Attention to Detail:** Maintain precision in a fast-paced, dynamic recruiting environment. **What You'll Gain:** + **Hybrid Flexibility:** A balance of in-office (up to 1-3 days a week) and remote work for productivity and convenience. + **A Supportive Team Culture:** Collaboration and camaraderie in a fast-paced yet fun environment. + **Professional Growth:** Opportunities for learning, mentorship, and career advancement. + **Cutting-Edge Tools:** Access to the latest recruitment technologies to help you succeed. **Ready to Join the Team?** If you're passionate about connecting top talent with impactful opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
