What You’ll Need- Educational Background: A B.S. in Civil Engineering is required.
- Certification: Registration as an E.I.T. is a plus.
- Experience : 0 to 3 years of experience in transportation engineering design.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: A keen ability to apply standard engineering methods while thinking critically about design challenges.
- Tackle challenging design tasks for VDOT, local municipalities, and private clients.
