This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.

Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to serve as Mid-Level Operations Support - IAMD Fleet Reach Back Support for the Commander, Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC). In this role, you will provide tactical and operational expertise to enhance the readiness and effectiveness of the Surface Force across multiple warfare domains. Occasional travel may be required.

Support Locations:
This role provides support across various SMWDC sites, including:

• SMWDC Headquarters, San Diego, CA
• Mine Warfare (MIW) Division, San Diego, CA
• Sea Combat (SC) Division, San Diego, CA
• Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) Division, Dahlgren, VA
• Amphibious Warfare (AMW) Division, Little Creek, VA

Experience :

• Possess a Tactical Action Officer Qualification letter or BMD Watch Officer qualification letter
• Minimum 12 years of experience with the surface navy’s combat systems, C5I, networks, weapons systems and IAMD planning systems
• Minimum five (5) years of experience aboard Navy cruisers, destroyers or within qualified Department of Defense warfare areas
• Qualified and experienced in a watch station with the authority to employ the Aegis Weapon System (i.e. TAO, AAWC, Battle Watch Captain)
• Experience in post weapons firing mission analysis of Aegis weapon systems
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative assessment methods to support war-fighting readiness, capabilities, and capacity evaluations

• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve tactical training and operational strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for interfacing with Navy leadership and cross-functional teams

Security Clearance :

• Possess current SECRET Security Clearance with TS/SCI eligibilty
