**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct both regular and random patrols throughout the location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
+ Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors as needed, providing directions and information while maintaining access control protocols.
+ Maintain detailed records and logs of all activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during shifts.
+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as required by site-specific protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) issued by TSA is required.
+ A Guard Card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
