Job Summary

Atlantic Coast Acquisitions is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Management Trainees. This full-time, in-person role provides paid training and hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales support, marketing initiatives, and team operations. The position is designed for individuals interested in developing professional skills and growing within a structured career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers in a retail environment to provide product information and support

  • Assist with in-store promotional events, product demonstrations, and display setup

  • Participate in daily training focused on sales support, customer service, marketing, and leadership fundamentals

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and day-to-day operational activities

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred

  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

  • Willingness to learn, follow direction, and accept coaching

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Work Environment & Schedule

  • In-person role based in retail locations

  • Full-time schedule; flexibility may be available based on business needs
