Senior Cloud / DevSecOps Engineer (TS/SCI)

Overview:

We are building a pipeline of Senior Cloud / DevSecOps Engineers (TS/SCI) to support multiple high-impact programs across DoD and Intelligence Community environments. These roles sit at the intersection of cloud engineering, automation, and cybersecurity , enabling mission-critical systems to operate securely, reliably, and at scale.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you will design, build, and secure cloud-native platforms, automate infrastructure, and embed security across the full software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement secure cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GovCloud)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Integrate security tools (SAST, DAST, container scanning, secrets management) into pipelines
• Deploy and manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Automate compliance with NIST, RMF, and FedRAMP frameworks
• Support system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and zero-trust initiatives
• Collaborate with Dev, Sec, and Ops teams to improve system performance and resilience

What You Bring:

• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance (required)
• 5–10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or DevSecOps
• Strong experience with:
  • AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Kubernetes / Docker
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Terraform or other IaC tools
• Knowledge of:
  • Security frameworks (NIST, RMF, STIGs)
  • Automation and scripting (Python, Bash)
• Experience working in classified or mission-critical environments

Nice to Have:

• CI or FS Polygraph
• Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, AWS Security Specialty)
• Experience supporting DoD or IC programs

Compensation (Market-Aligned)

• Base Salary Range: $140K – $190K
• Top candidates / poly / niche skills: $200K+
