What You'll Do

As a Busser at Gersi RVA, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Clearing and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assisting servers by replenishing water, bread, or other table needs as required.
• Keeping the restaurant floor clean and tidy during service hours.
• Supporting the overall flow of service by anticipating the needs of both guests and team members.
• Collaborating with the team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-player mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team and guests.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
