Full Strength Physical Therapy | Alexandria, VA

Overview:
Full Strength Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for its Alexandria, VA location. Positions are available at both Clinic Director and Staff-Level roles. The clinic is centrally located near King Street Station, across from Whole Foods in Old Town Alexandria, with free underground parking provided.

PTs at Full Strength use manual therapy and functional exercise to help patients reach their goals while benefiting from a mentorship-driven, team-oriented environment focused on professional growth.

Caseload / Patient Population:

• General orthopedics (70%) and sports (30%) for all ages

• Average 11–12 patients per day

• Clinic Directors combine direct patient care with managerial responsibilities

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 am–3:30 pm and 11:30 am–8:00 pm

• Friday: Rotating 7:00 am–3:30 pm or 10:00 am–6:30 pm

• No weekends or major holidays required

Compensation:

• Competitive salary starting at $80,000+, based on experience and productivity

Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent

• Eligible for or licensed in Virginia as a Physical Therapist

• Clinic Director: 4 years PT experience + 2 years management/leadership

• Full-time availability required
