The mission

Keep industrial packaging equipment running at peak performance. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain systems, provide expert guidance, and ensure work meets safety, regulatory, and manufacturer standards.

What you’ll tackle

• Rapid response to service requests—via remote support or on-site visits.
• Preventive maintenance and corrective repairs, including parts replacement.
• Detailed documentation: service logs, repair reports, and parts tracking.
• Customer education on best practices and preventative maintenance strategies.
• Collaboration with teammates on complex issues and mentoring of junior techs.

What you need to bring

• High School Diploma or technical certificate/degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years in maintenance or equipment repair, plus 3 years of manufacturing experience (required).
• Hands-on skill with tools, diagnostic software, and electrical systems; excellent problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and the discipline to work independently and manage time well.

Physical realities

• Lift 35+ pounds, stand for extended periods, and safely navigate confined spaces, heights, and outdoor environments.

Nice-to-have

• Electrical systems certification.
• Experience with PLCs, relays, and mechanical systems.
• Prior service technician experience in a related field.
