Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Picture a shift where you start by reviewing digital work orders, prioritize preventive checks, and then dive into real-time troubleshooting that keeps production moving. One moment you’re inspecting a conveyor and logging readings, the next you’re diagnosing an electrical fault on a motor drive or refining a PM route with teammates. What you’ll do

• Carry out routine maintenance and corrective repairs on facility equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to root cause and resolve them promptly.
• Perform scheduled inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Document all work performed, parts used, and findings in maintenance records.
• Respond rapidly to maintenance calls and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Partner with peers and leadership to enhance processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and applicable regulations at all times.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What you’ll bring

• At least six (6) months of maintenance experience, clearly documented in your application or resume.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to present valid identification.
• Comfort using basic hand tools and reading/understanding work assignments.
• Foundational knowledge in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs; climb stairs up to 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet; stand for extended periods; and work in hot, cold, and inclement weather.
• Rehire eligibility: this facility accepts rehires only after 180 days and for individuals who have worked here fewer than three times.
