After a year of significant growth, we are seeking ambitious and dynamic talent to join our team as we launch our next wave of high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals and strengthen client relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver engaging in-person event programs that drive participation and fundraising outcomes.
Partner with Market Managers and Sales teams to develop Go-To-Market strategies for both existing and new initiatives, ensuring maximum impact.
Oversee and monitor marketing budgets, track initiative performance, and measure campaign effectiveness.
Develop and align all client-facing materials, presentations, and collateral; train sales teams on effective deployment during client interactions.
Identify and create proactive business development opportunities aligned with seasonality and campaign rollouts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
High-energy, results-driven, and a collaborative team player with a win-win mindset.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
