The Bar Back safely and efficiently ensures bar is properly stocked barware is clean and generally supports the smooth and efficient behind-the-scenes operation of the bar for the bartender. Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Stock bottles beverages ice and supplies needed during service
• Wash and restock barware/glasses
• Remove dirty dishes glasses and silverware place in respective trays
• Prepare bar for service wipe clean refill all condiments and supplies at the end of each shift
• Fill condiment containers ice other bar/table supplies
• Perform opening and closing work as requested
• Safely use appropriate cleaning compounds and chemicals

Skills Required:

Provide high level customer service communicate effectively with guests and team members follow instructions ability to learn quickly pay attention to detail and maintain composure when working under pressure

Experience / Education:

Previous experience and TIPS certification preferred
