Clarendon Dental Arts, a boutique concierge dental practice in Arlington, VA, is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to support our commitment to exceptional, personalized patient care. If you have 2–4 years of dental assisting experience, enjoy working in a collaborative and structured environment, and are eager to advance your skills in a wellness-focused practice, this role is for you.

Dental assistant

Assist dentists chairside during procedures with efficiency and professionalism

Prepare and maintain dental treatment areas to ensure sterility and readiness

Manage patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality

Assist in passing dental instruments and materials during treatments

Perform panoramic x-rays and autoclaving of instruments

Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and care quality

Uphold excellent patient service in a warm, inviting environment

part-time $20 - $25 per hour

Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Monday, Saturday, and Sunday: Closed

2 to 4 years of dental assisting experience

Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a structured setting

Experience with chairside assisting and dental instrument handling

Proficiency in preparing treatment areas and managing patient records

Ability to perform panoramic x-rays and instrument sterilization

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to providing outstanding patient care

Experience working in a concierge or high-touch dental environment

Interest in integrating new dental technologies and techniques

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development
