Compensation: $30 to $50 per Hour

Additional Benefits: Vacation (10 days paid, 5 of which must be taken in tandem with the Employer’s arranged travel), Federal Holidays paid, 5 paid sick days, Medical Stipend

An UHNW family in Arlington, VA is looking for a highly skilled and discreet Housekeeper to maintain the pristine condition and smooth operation of their large private residence. The ideal candidate will have experience working in formal or luxury households and take great pride in providing meticulous cleaning, organization, and household care. Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for privacy while ensuring the home is maintained to the highest five-star standards.

Main Work Duties:

• Daily housekeeping (dusting, polishing, and maintaining fine furniture, art, and surfaces).
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management (including delicate and couture items).
• Changing and maintaining bed linens and towels regularly.
• Managing household organization—closets, storage rooms, and pantries.
• Cleaning and care of luxury finishes (marble, silver, crystal, etc.).
• Maintaining household inventory of cleaning supplies and products.
• Table setting and assistance with meal or event service.
• Adhering to confidentiality, discretion, and security protocols at all times.

Required Qualities:

• Discreet and trustworthy with the utmost respect for confidentiality.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Professional demeanor and polished presentation.
• Strong time management and efficiency in completing tasks.
• Knowledge of fine furnishings, fabrics, and surfaces.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules or household needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Experience in luxury or UHNW households preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years of housekeeping experience working in a private home.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• MUST drive.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
