• 60-minute hygiene appointments (with optional dedicated hygiene assistant)

• Curodont for incipient lesion treatment and root sealing for sensitivity

• Fluoride varnish and sealants (for children and adults)
• Itero scanning (Lumina and Element 2)
• CBCT technology

Join our thriving two-doctor practice where we prioritize patient experience, team collaboration, and cutting-edge dental care. We utilize CBCT, iTero and Trios scanners, and SprintRay printers to deliver outstanding results.

Your Role:

• Deliver outstanding periodontal care and soft tissue management
• Communicate treatment needs clearly and effectively with patients
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure equipment sterilization
• Support the front desk team during open chair time (e.g., confirming appointments, schedule optimization)

Schedule:

• 32 - 40 hours per week
• We will work with you to design the best schedule!

What We're Looking For:

• Humble, curious, and emotionally intelligent team player
• Organized and proactive with strong communication skills
• Licensed RDH in Virginia (current and in good standing)
• Certified in local anesthesia and CPR
• Comfortable using dental practice management software

Compensation & Benefits:
