job summary:
Our client is seeking a technical professional for a 9-month contract (with potential for extension) to support and develop data models within a modern cloud environment. This role is ideal for an individual contributor who thrives in a collaborative, mid-sized team setting and enjoys a mix of development and production support.

Core Responsibilities

Development & Support: Maintain existing models while contributing to the design and rollout of new projects.

Production Oversight: Monitor automated jobs and perform troubleshooting to ensure consistent uptime.

Data Management: Handle routine data retention tasks and operational support within a cloud framework.

Incident Response: Manage system alerts and participate in incident response to maintain environment health.

ECE on AWS.

qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years in a technical data or cloud-focused role.

Programming & Data: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with a solid understanding of ETL workflows.

Cloud Platform: Practical experience working within AWS.

Preferred Tools: Familiarity with third-party monitoring tools (e.g., PagerDuty) and financial services software is a plus
