Community Relations Associate - Entry Level

We are currently seeking a driven and community-focused Community Relations Associate to join our growing event marketing firm. This role is ideal for someone passionate about community outreach, public relations, event marketing, and relationship building . As a Community Relations Associate, you will help strengthen connections with local communities while promoting events, brand initiatives, and outreach campaigns that create meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, schools, local businesses, and other key stakeholders to promote company events and initiatives.
• Plan and execute community outreach campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and event participation.
• Attend community events, networking opportunities, fairs, and meetings to represent the company and promote services and upcoming events.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to create targeted promotional materials and outreach strategies tailored to specific audiences and communities.
• Assist with organizing and hosting community events, workshops, educational programs, and informational sessions.
• Gather feedback and community insights to help improve outreach initiatives and future event planning strategies.
• Monitor and track outreach activities, attendance numbers, engagement levels, and campaign performance metrics.
• Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions with community members, partners, and event attendees.

Qualifications amp; Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations , or a related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Previous experience in community outreach, event planning, public relations, or customer engagement is a plus, but not required.
