About the Role:

As a Central Registrar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including medical history, insurance details, and personal data. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. You will work closely with our medical staff and administrative team to ensure that all patient records are complete and accurate.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in medical records management or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, insurance details, and personal data
• Ensure that all patient records are complete and accurate
• Work closely with medical staff and administrative team to ensure that patient information is up-to-date and accessible
• Assist patients with filling out necessary forms and paperwork
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times

Skills: As a Central Registrar, you will use your strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in working closely with our medical staff and administrative team. You will also use your ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that patient information is up-to-date and accessible. Additionally, your experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems will be beneficial in this role. Finally, being bilingual in English and Spanish will be an added advantage in communicating with our diverse patient population.
