Accountant

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities
- Perform full cycle transactional accounting for multiple entities
- Prepare and post recurring monthly journal entries
- Process weekly check runs and vendor payments
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, GL detail)
- Complete month-end general ledger reconciliations
- Record and categorize bank and credit card activity, vendor bills, receipts, and distributions
- Accounting Coursework
- GAAP
- Reconciliations (2 years of experience is preferred)
- General Ledger (2 years of experience is preferred)
- accounting (2 years of experience is required)
- QuickBooks (2 years of experience is required)
- Years of experience: 2 years
- Experience level: Experienced
