Senior software developer
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active TOP SECRET SCI security clearance with CI Poly.
- Security+ CE, CASP, CISSP or equivalent certification to meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, software development, or a related technical discipline or relevant experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software development to include ServiceNow and SharePoint or 14+ years without a technical degree.
- Experience with the following ServiceNow Products: ITSM, CMDB, PPM, FSM, CSM and integrating ServiceNow with external systems and 3rd party software.
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to automate and verify applications, customizations, or configurations.
- Ability to configure workflows plus create and maintain Portal experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow Patch and Major Version Upgrade deployments.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint development with the ability to script and automate a plus.
- Ability to thrive in an agile environment with evolving requirements.
- Prior experience working with federal government agencies or contracts is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $175,000 to $225,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?
Software developer for a classified Intelligence Community Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments supporting the government industry partners. You will work in a dynamic and challenging environment with a team that provides diverse solutions to our customers industry partners. The Operations team uses a broad range of functional and technical skills to support the standup of our ServiceNow platform, including integrations to various boundary applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate and consult in architecture, design, development, implementation of integrations, and configuration of our ServiceNow and SharePoint platforms.
- Collaborate with various teams and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Participate in strategic project planning that improves operational efficiency across the MSP.
- Test end-to-end solutions, including unit, functional, and regression testing, to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users.
- Mentor and collaborate with the team members, perform code reviews, and promote best practices and direction.
- Support the development of technical solutions and provide ongoing assistance and consultation to resolve problems, ensuring the solutions meet the end user's requirements.
- Provide guidance and direction on Production Issues.
- Create and update existing technical/configuration documentation.
- Perform platform upgrades.
