Water Mitigation Technician and Helpers
Join our team at Peerless Restoration, a leading provider of emergency fire, water, mold remediation, and disaster recovery services. We are currently seeking a full-time Water Mitigation Technician and Helpers to assist in providing high-quality restoration services to our clients. With a rotating on-call schedule for emergency services, we offer paid training and opportunities for advancement. No experience is required, but preferred. Responsibilities
- Perform water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation as directed by supervisor, including water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction, and demolition
- Report any equipment malfunctions or customer problems to supervisor
- Complete assigned job tasks according to company processes and guidelines
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to work within a team and follow instructions
- Good verbal, written, and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be available for on-call rotation
- Must pass Respirator Fit test and required background checks
Compensation
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
