Wing Unit of Action (UoA) Training Analyst

Credence has an immediate opening for a Wing Unit of Action (UoA) Training Analyst supporting Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC/A35).
The Contractor shall serve as an action officer supporting ACC/A35, the Unit of Action (UoA) Training & Certification (T&C) Program Manager, and Functional Area Manager (FAM) to implement ACC’s transformation efforts for UoA training, certification, and operational readiness.
Specific Support Tasks are as follows:
- The Contractor shall support the development, implementation, and refinement of Unit of Action (UoA) Training & Certification (T&C) programs across Wings, Numbered Air Forces (NAFs), and MAJCOM organizations.
- The Contractor shall develop and manage Master Certification Training Plans (MCTPs) for UoAs, Mission Generation Force Elements (MGFE), Mission Support Teams (MST), and Capability Enhancement Teams (CET), including identification of resource requirements and constraints.
- The Contractor shall coordinate and execute certification, verification, and validation (CV2) processes, including MAJCOM/A3 verification, COMACC validation, and HAF/A3 tasking.
- The Contractor shall implement and manage enterprise-wide knowledge management processes to enable collaboration, information sharing, and standardization of UoA training practices.
- The Contractor shall support the development and integration of Command and Control Force Element (C2FE) and Wing C2 structure training aligned to AFFORGEN cycles and UoA requirements.
- The Contractor shall coordinate working groups (e.g., C2FE Community of Learning) to streamline training curricula, eliminate redundancy, and improve training effectiveness across the enterprise.
- The Contractor shall develop and refine integrated education and training curricula, including 100- and 200-level training requirements and 300-level certification standards, incorporating operational lessons learned.
- The Contractor shall analyze training allocation requirements, support development of Tables of Authorization (ToA), identify shortfalls, and provide recommendations to inform senior leader decision-making.
- The Contractor shall assess training program effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce redundancy, and enhance operational readiness.
- The Contractor shall support development of exercise requirements aligned with UoA certification needs and operational readiness objectives.
- The Contractor shall prepare status reports, briefings, and deliverables, ensuring quality control and alignment with engagement work plans.
- The Contractor shall provide team leadership within assigned functional areas, directing and monitoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality performance.
- The Contractor shall identify risks and issues, communicate expectations, and escalate appropriately to senior leadership while recommending mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain), as required for aligned objectives.
- 3–10 years of consulting and/or directly relevant experience in DoD, Air Force operations, training, or readiness programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading client engagements, including work planning, requirements analysis, and solution development.
- Experience in training development, certification programs, or operational planning within military or comparable environments.
- Experience managing work plans, coordinating stakeholders, and aligning project objectives with mission needs.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, assess alternatives, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Experience leading small teams or functional efforts, including directing and reviewing the work of junior staff.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including development of briefings and executive-level deliverables.
