Job Summary

Craft cuisine that inspires! As the Executive Chef, you will lead culinary operations with creativity, efficiency, and passion. You will oversee menu development, manage kitchen teams, ensure food safety standards, and drive excellence in every dish. Your leadership will set the tone for memorable guest experiences from the prep table to the plate.

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience

• 5+ years in high-volume culinary leadership roles

• Strong knowledge of food safety, inventory control, and kitchen operations

• Proficient in recipe development and menu costing

• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the culinary team across all outlets

• Design, cost, and implement menus aligned with client expectations

• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost controls

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Collaborate with front-of-house and event teams to deliver seamless service

• Foster a positive, productive kitchen culture
