Heavy Equipment Operator (Up To 28/hr)
Description
Individuals will be operating equipment on construction sites. They will be required to operate bulldozers, excavators, motor graders, & front end loaders for their grade crew. Individuals must be comfortable working outside the cab as well. These duties will include some of the following: -Operate heavy machinery such as dozers, excavators, and loaders to move earth, debris, and materials. -Excavation & Grading: Use equipment to dig, level, and grade land according to project specifications. -Site Preparation: Clear land, remove obstacles, and ensure proper groundwork for construction. -Material Handling: Load, transport, and distribute materials like dirt, gravel, and rock. -Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily inspections, minor repairs, and routine maintenance to keep machinery in top condition.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
