We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Account Manager to join our Service team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Data Center industry

Essential Functions:

1. Generates new product leads and business opportunities that will translate into company revenue
2. Communicates and follows up with clients about specific projects, their goals, and deliverables
3. Prepares written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts and other expenses
4. Negotiates contract agreements
5. Networks online, by phone, e-mail and in person with the IT and building facilities personnel within both government and commercial organizations
6. Maintains thorough knowledge of mission critical power and cooling industry trends and technologies
7. Conceptualizes and execute creative and differentiated strategies, programs, and tools that support clients' strategic objectives
8. Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications
9. Penetrates all targeted accounts and radiates sales from within client base
10. Handles inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales
11. Makes outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via phone and email to cross-sell ad up-sell
12. Maintains and expand the company's database of prospects
13. Meets Technician's on location to better explain scope of work as needed
14. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, vendors, and colleagues; works to establish a positive working relationship
15. Drives company/personal vehicle throughout service area while following all local laws
16. Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment.
17. Reviews completed work to insure correct billing.

Required Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience;
2. 3-5 years of outside sales experience in either of the following industries: Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Data Center

Preferred Education and Experience:

1. Understanding of data center critical power and cooling systems
2. 3-5 years' experience working with IT companies, colocations and end user's who manage and maintain data center infrastructure

Compu Dynamics Pay Range

$90,000—$120,000 USD
