We are the only mechanical service provider in central Virginia able to efficiently provide professional in-house engineering, installation and maintenance for HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems to the commercial and industrial market.

Job Title:

Pipe Fitter-Welder Apprentice

Job Summary:

Assist foreman and mechanics in the layout, fabrication, installation, maintenance and repair of piping systems, structural steel, pumps and equipment in the commercial and industrial environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut and assemble new pipe, placing the assembled pipe as directed.
• Assist foreman and mechanics in the assembly and installation of piping for commercial equipment.
• Disassemble and remove damaged or worn pipe.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• No experience required
• Career minded
• Physical activities include standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders, walking and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are required.
