Conduct patient evaluations and functional assessments
Develop individualized rehabilitation plans
Deliver hands-on therapy and exercise progression
Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery
Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress reports
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
