Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level
We are hiring an Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to support live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives . This role is perfect for energetic, people-focused individuals who want hands-on experience in event marketing, brand promotion, and customer engagement .

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
Engage attendees and communicate brand messages, promotions, and event details
Represent client brands in a professional, approachable, and enthusiastic manner
Support live marketing campaigns, product promotions, and community outreach events
Deliver high-quality customer service to event participants
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution
Collect attendee feedback and report insights to leadership
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Outgoing, dependable, and comfortable interacting with the public
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Punctual, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
Interest in events, promotions, marketing, or public relations
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus—but not required
