Overview

Pay: $20 – $28 per hour
Schedule: Varied - daytimes and evenings - flexibility needed, rotating weekends
Full-time, year-round work

We are seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling and support our residential HVAC service technicians . This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient HVAC service dispatch, technician routing, and customer scheduling throughout the day.

Responsibilities

As an HVAC Dispatcher , you will coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch operations for residential HVAC service technicians .

Responsibilities include:

• Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times

• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls

• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency

• Monitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch system

• Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on HVAC service appointments

• Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues

• Maintain accurate service scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the day

This is a fast-paced, in-office dispatcher position supporting residential HVAC service operations .

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments

• Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems

• Familiarity with local geography to support technician routing and service scheduling

• Must report daily to the office (no remote work available)

• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed

• Must pass background check and drug screening
