We are seeking experienced cleaners specializing in move-out and construction cleaning to join our small, dedicated team. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning contracts with a focus on quality and efficiency. Paid training is available, and there are growth opportunities including advancement to supervisory and specialized floor technician roles.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential move-out and commercial construction cleaning
- Maintain floors using various floor care techniques
- Handle and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to safety procedures on all job sites
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within allotted schedules
- Work collaboratively within a small cleaning team
- Support team supervision and leadership responsibilities
- Travel locally to different cleaning sites as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience
- Proficient in floor care techniques and construction site cleaning
- Skilled in the use of cleaning equipment and tools
- Knowledge of and compliance with safety procedures
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supervisory roles within cleaning teams
- Training or certifications in specialized floor maintenance
- Willingness to cross-train in various cleaning roles
