TEKsystems is currently hiring entry level candidates for a Mortgage Administrative Project with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution!

Position: Mortgage Records Management Specialist I

Location: Vienna, VA/fully onsite

Pay: $19.75/hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:30pm - 3:00am EST (40 hours per week, 10 hour shifts)

Length: 6-7 week project

Job Description:

• Manage critical mortgage loan documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity.
• Adhere to safeguarding of information; retrieval of data/documents effectively; company and investor document lifecycle procedures; and company and investor records retention regulations and requirements.
• Process lien releases and paid in full mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with federal, state regulations.
• Review system of records and update mortgage loan servicing system confirming receipt of original documents.
• Mastery of terminal digit filing system, and ability to return and retrieve critical documents to their correct locations in a timely manner.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills (exp with Excel)
• Have high attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
