Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Skilled Trades Staffing
Location: Portsmouth, VA
Reports To: Director of Sales
Base Salary: $62,000–$67,000 + Commission + Car/Travel Reimbursement

Position Summary

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building and managing your own territory — prospecting new clients, reactivating dormant accounts, and owning the sales process from introduction to signed contract. You’ll work closely with our recruiting team and serve as the face of Ameri-Force in your market.

This is a full-cycle outside sales role — ideal for someone who is self-motivated, great with people, and thrives in a KPI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a defined geographic territory
• Conduct in-person client meetings and onsite visits per week
• Prospect daily via phone, email, drop-ins, and LinkedIn
• Reactivate dormant accounts inactive 12+ months
• Deliver proposals and secure signed agreements
• Consistently meet KPIs: calls/week, meetings/week, contract/week
• Log all activities and manage deals within Pipedrive CRM
• Represent Ameri-Force at industry association events monthly

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of B2B outside sales experience (staffing, construction, industrial, or service industries preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle and self-generate leads
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in face-to-face sales
• High accountability to personal activity goals and CRM usage
• Familiarity with sales tools like CRMs (Pipedrive is a plus), Lead generation, and Drip Campaigns
• Organized, driven, and comfortable working independently in the field
