A successful HVAC Service Technician at our company is a skilled troubleshooter and expert problem solver, consistently ensuring optimal performance and comfort within residential air quality systems. Responsibilities for the HVAC Service Technician :

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with dispatch, managers, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Skillfully repair a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and control systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Execute preventative maintenance procedures on residential HVAC systems, contributing to their longevity and efficiency.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and satisfaction.
• Perform repairs promptly without compromising on the quality of work, prioritizing customer needs.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and rectify issues with HVAC components, ensuring reliable performance.
• Keep company trucks and inventory updated, promoting efficiency in daily tasks and repairs.
• Complete paperwork accurately and always maintain a professional appearance, upholding company standards.
• Provide customers with information on finance options and maintenance plans, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction.

Requirements of our next HVAC Service Technician:

• 5+years of residential experience servicing and maintaining HVAC equipment
• EPA certification
• CFC certified
• SHA or NATE Certified a PLUS!
• Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing and able to be trained; physically capable of lifting 60+ lbs.
