**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel or resort location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols inside the building and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances.
+ Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established procedures for the location.
+ Communicate and collaborate with hotel or resort staff, law enforcement, and/or emergency personnel as required.
+ Support a welcoming and secure environment for guests, visitors, and staff through visible presence and customer service.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
