Introduction to the Role and Practice
Centra Medical Group (CMG) – Altavista is part of a dedicated group of physicians and advanced practice providers that provide comprehensive primary care for everyone in your family. From pediatric and adolescent to adult and geriatric patients, we are available to serve the community.
You Can Expect

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• 1 Physician and 4 APPs
• Rural primary care clinic

Position will provide care for patients across the life span. Performs health assessments, follow-up exams for acute & chronic disease management, order & interpret diagnostic tests, medication management.

Required Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will be a PA or NP with primary care experience treating all ages. New grads with a passion for learning & growing will also be considered.
