Position Overview: As a Lead Pool Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our clients' pool systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in delivering top-notch pool maintenance services while adhering to company standards and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of pool technicians in daily maintenance tasks, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
- Ensure all pool systems are functioning properly and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance schedules and recommendations.
- Train new technicians on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of supplies as needed.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively in all interactions with clients and the community.
