As our HR Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting and strengthening this culture. You will help ensure our people practices align with our core beliefs—supporting leaders, developing employees, holding standards, and fostering an environment built on trust, fairness, and respect. Your New Role
As a Manager , you’ll take the lead in driving your team’s success while building an environment of growth and collaboration. Key responsibilities include:

2 years trades experience
5 years of team management experience (with at least 4 people).
3 years of customer service experience.
Proficiency in Office 365 and standard software like Word and Excel.
Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in 3 years).
Clean background check and acceptable work/character references.
Pre-employment and random drug testing required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
