An award-winning, physician-owned dermatology practice on the scenic shores of Coastal Virginia is expanding and looking for a Board-Certified Dermatologist to join their collegial team. With no hospital politics, no quotas, and a flexible 4-5 day workweek , this is the perfect opportunity for physicians seeking autonomy, balance, and the potential for partnership in just two years.
Position Highlights:
- General Dermatology with optional cosmetic work
- 28–32 patients/day , with flexibility based on your preferences
- 4-day workweek = better work-life balance
- 2 Medical Assistants per dermatologist
- Top-tier equipment : NB-UVB, PDT, lasers & more
- $50K sign-on bonus or residency stipend available

Facility LocationLocated in the Hampton Roads metropolitan area of Virginia, Newport News is truly an aquatic city, surrounded on almost all sides by bodies of water, including the Atlantic Ocean and the James River.
