Corporate Front Desk Professional
- Ensure personnel coverage of telephones and front desk; front desk must be covered from 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Answer phones and direct calls for SMC
- Receive incoming guests and team members;
- Verbal communication with residents
- Verbal communication with team members
- Ensure access and security of suite, acting as liaison between United Security and Corporate VA
- Administer leases for accuracy and completion; send back to communities for correction and follow-up and scan leases
- Maintain SMC general email account and forward email to proper departments
- Send birthday cards to all SMC team members
- Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing tasks and assisting with projects as needed
- Comply with all Southern Management's policies and procedures
- Perform various other duties as assigned by Director and/or Supervisor
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good writing, punctuation and grammar skills
- Good computer skills
- Meets the needs and requirements of the front desk
- Maintains excellent interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years administrative/receptionist experience in an office environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
