Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Travel Coordinator to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at an overseas location.

Essential Job Duties

Provide advice on authorized travel routes and approved modes of travel based on specified travel rules, regulations, policies, and entitlements.

+ Scheduling / making flight reservations for travel.

+ Coordinate the scheduling of hotel or other accommodations as applicable.

+ Coordinate vehicles and scheduling pick-up and drop-off times.

+ Operate vehicles to include large carpool vans and buses.

+ Meet and assist customers.

+ Assist in processing necessary documentation such as passport and visas.

+ Communicate travel plans with travelers.

+ Perform related administration functions.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Requirements

+ Active in scope TS/SCI with polygraph.

**Work Environment**

+ Must reside at an overseas location.

+ Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions.

+ Wearing of location appropriate PPE and clothing when in the field is required.
