Your Role as a BCBA at Compass:
As a Compass BCBA, you will:
- Work with a small caseload of 6-11 clients, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity.
- Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement to maximize impact and results.
- Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined systems.
You’ll have the opportunity to work in a diverse range of settings (home, community, and clinic) while receiving ongoing mentorship and support to grow professionally.

Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire).
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Driver’s license with 1+ years of driving experience.
- Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
