Multi Craft Maintenance Technician (Up To 35hr)

**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at reading blueprints and working with various machinery components, including motors, pumps, gears, and conveyors. You will perform both preventative and corrective maintenance independently in a dynamic industrial setting. **Responsibilities** + Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. + Read and interpret blueprints to execute maintenance tasks. + Work with motors, pumps, gears, gearboxes, and production machinery. + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance independently. **Essential Skills** + Strong mechanical troubleshooting experience. + Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + Experience with motors, pumps, gears, gearboxes, and conveyors. + Ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance independently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role involving stick welding, light fabrication, and burning. + Proficient in Stick Welding on Steel; TIG welding experience is a plus. + Welding certifications are highly preferred. + Proficient at reading prints and using basic math to calculate and check angles and dimensions. + Longevity in previous positions is a must. + Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a 'can do, will do' attitude. **Why Work Here** We offer a competitive benefits package with opportunities for raises once you are brought on permanently. This is a first-shift position starting at 6am or 7am and ending at 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Weekends and overtime may be required in emergencies.
