Job Summary

Job Description

• Perform facility and equipment cleaning
• Assist with aseptic filling, lyophilizing, and capping
• Prepare and sterilize assemblies, tanks, and other equipment
• Operate various types of manufacturing equipment
• Support buffer formulation and the sterile bulking process
• Primary focus on preparing and sterilizing assemblies, tanks, and equipment, as well as supporting buffer formulation and sterile bulking .

Skills Required

• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical decision-making skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Experience in aseptic A/B gowning and processing techniques
• Ability to work without makeup or jewelry and follow strict hygiene practices
• Knowledge of software commonly used with Windows operating systems
• Ability to navigate HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces)

Education/Training/Certifications

• Two years of college coursework in physical and/or biological sciences (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, physics, physiology)
• Relevant equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of some or all educational requirements
• Experience working in a cGMP environment; strict adherence to cGMPs is required

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Comfortable working in an aseptic manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with sterile processing techniques
• Must follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $44.20 to $52.20 per hour based on qualifications.
