Location: Virginia
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (Mon–Fri; occasional weekends)
Compensation: $20/hr base + 10% commission on business donations you close + $40/day team bonus when your van hits the 15-shop minimum route (or updated quota). OT per law.

What you’ll do
Open doors: Start friendly, professional conversations with store owners/managers to introduce our association and campaign.

Qualify needs: Understand the business, explain our materials (window clings, counter tents, QR cards) and set up the Sales Closer to present.

Deliver kits: Hand off marketing toolkits and ensure correct placement with permission.

Document everything: Capture contact details, permissions, and notes in the mobile CRM.

Collaborate: Ride with a Driver & Logistics Specialist and a Sales Closer; rotate as needed.

What success looks like (KPIs)
Shops contacted per day, decision-maker conversations, scheduled presentations for the Closer, accurate CRM entries, contribution pipeline created.

You bring
2+ years customer-facing outreach, canvassing, field marketing, or B2B sales support.

Confident, warm communicator; comfortable starting cold conversations.

Organized, reliable; can lift ~25 lbs of materials and be on your feet.

Tech-friendly (maps, mobile CRM). Valid driver’s license preferred.
