Job Title: Regional Warehouse General Manager
Location: Virginia (Travel required throughout Georgia and surrounding regions 25–50% of the time)

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Regional Warehouse General Manager to oversee multi-site warehouse operations across Virginia and Georgia. The ideal candidate will lead regional logistics, distribution, and operational teams to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight while traveling regularly between locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of multiple warehouse and distribution centers within the assigned region.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, safety, and performance across all facilities.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse management teams to achieve company goals and maintain high employee morale.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure consistent achievement of productivity, cost, and quality targets.
• Collaborate with logistics, transportation, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless regional operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse technology, processes, and systems.
• Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Travel between facilities (25–50%) to provide on-site leadership, conduct audits, and support regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive warehouse, logistics, or distribution management experience; multi-site leadership strongly preferred.
• Proven success in overseeing large-scale warehouse operations with strong financial and team management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and lean management practices.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 50% of the time.
