What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial chiller systems.

• Service centrifugal, air-cooled, water-cooled, screw, and scroll chillers.

• Perform preventive maintenance, including coil cleaning, filter replacement, oil analysis, refrigerant testing, and system inspections.

• Calibrate, test, and optimize HVAC equipment for peak performance and energy efficiency.

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints.

• Communicate equipment status, repair recommendations, and maintenance plans with customers and facility managers.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations.

• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide emergency service support.

Required Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.

• Strong experience servicing commercial chiller systems.

• EPA Universal Certification.

• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to safely work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 75 pounds.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• State Journeyman HVAC License (where applicable).

• Experience working in hospitals, data centers, manufacturing facilities, or large commercial buildings.

• Experience with centrifugal, screw, scroll, air-cooled, and water-cooled chillers.

• Knowledge of energy management and building automation systems.
