Full-Time Role in Winchester, VA
We are hiring a Director of Physical Therapy for an outpatient physical therapy office in Middletown, VA. The position offers $90,000-$120,000 per year , a Monday-Friday schedule , and the chance to lead therapy services in a clinic environment.
This role is a strong match for a licensed Physical Therapist who is ready to manage clinical care, support a team, and take a practical leadership role in patient outcomes and clinic operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the outpatient physical therapy department
- Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans
- Provide direct care for injury recovery, post-surgical rehab, pain, and movement concerns
- Supervise therapists and clinical support team members
- Review care plans, documentation, and discharge notes
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Support clinic processes, compliance, and daily organization
Requirements
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Previous director, manager, or lead clinician experience preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient rehab standards
- Ability to lead people, manage priorities, and maintain care quality
