Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our project management team! Responsibilities & Duties The Project Manager is required to perform a range of tasks including, but not limited to: Manage schedules, progress updates and reports Manage project control support, client support and corporate services Manage the engineering design and project administration in all projects under a given portfolio Provide support to the Project Management Team in the successful execution of projects Manage other tasks as directed by project management team Participate actively in project proposals and budgeting Organize and coordinate project team meetings Develop process flow charts and process optimization Manage individual projects Manage project coordinators at specific tasks Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget Manage project reports for management, clients, or others Compile and submit project close-outs Develop and organize training for new project coordinators Coordinate project activities among clients, contractors, suppliers, associates and team members Qualifications & Skills Exceptional analytical and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills thoughtful leadership with the ability to adapt style as suits the situation/individual(s) Track record of successful project delivery using cross functional teams and employing Project Management best practices Track record of managing multiple projects in parallel Must have access to a vehicle Education & Experience A university degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Construction Management, Contract Administration, Business Administration, or other from an accredited institution is desirable Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management Experience working in utility and telecommunication industry for medium to large size organizations Nice to Have PMP certification or equivalent Experience in a variety of different delivery methodologies and project delivery frameworks Strong interest to develop in a fast-growing team supporting capital projects across company Vaccination Status ZE Power Engineering is committed to protecting the health and safety of all our team members, customer and our communities from COVID-19.
