Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist - Brand Partnerships to support brand marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on a large-scale endurance sports partnership activation (March-October 2026) . This role combines strategic brand support with hands-on partnership execution and serves as a brand ambassador across consumer and partner touchpoints. Significant travel is required during peak event season to ensure strong on-site brand presence and seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador at endurance sports events and with key partners

• Develop and execute marketing copy for partnership communications, event materials, email campaigns, and internal updates

• Support day-to-day marketing operations, including project coordination and asset management

• Build and maintain strong partner relationships to maximize collaboration and activation impact

• Coordinate on-site brand presence, including expo booths, athlete sampling, and VIP experiences

• Partner with event organizers to ensure all contractual deliverables are met to brand standards

• Track activation metrics and compile insights to inform future partnership strategies

• Support broader marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing experience with a strong foundation in brand strategy and positioning

• Agency experience preferred; ability to work from briefs and collaborate with creative teams

• Strong copywriting skills across email, collateral, social, and internal communications

• Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Professional, relationship-focused communicator and brand representative

• Willingness to travel extensively during peak season (15+ event weekends, March-October )

• Experience in athletic, endurance, or wellness marketing strongly preferred

• Bonus: Background in food & beverage or hospitality marketing
